This weekend was so lazy. The cold is causing me to just want to stay in bed under the covers. The morning started with Olivia still running a fever so Corey and I headed to church. The Worship portion of church was awesome. The music was so spiritually inviting.
After the service, we headed to Hollywood Diner for a nice lunch. Once we got back from lunch, I came home to football on TV again so I went up to my room. I have never watched so many movies in one weekend but I found it very enjoyable to be so lazy and WARM in my bed.
Tonight, I headed back to church to continue the R12 bible study. This study is very interesting and I am always interested in learning how to be closer to God. It is amazing when you ask for guidance and wisdom, God is so willing to give it to us. He is like that. He lets us go on our own but totally enjoys when we consult Him. This pleases Him.
Once I got home, I looked at Corey and his new haircut and he looked so handsome that I kept telling him. Finally he said, "Mom....enough already about my hair." He has been growing it out for the last 4 months and he was looking like a hippy and his hair was never combed. I'm so glad he came to his senses.
Now I am just checking in here and then to bed. Why do the weekends go so fast???!!!
